Club Management

Free and without an account — if you like, you can support the project voluntarily.

Membership management for small sports clubs: the register, fees, invoices and form letters. A single HTML file to download — double-click and it runs. On Mac and Windows, without installation, without an account, without a server.

The data stay as a file on the club's own computer. hajime.at only delivers the file and sees nothing of it afterwards. Putting the data file in a folder that is backed up anyway gives you a backup as well.

Made for clubs that keep a spreadsheet today and have outgrown it: an existing list can be taken over via CSV, with column mapping and matching so that nothing is created twice.

This app is in German. An English version is planned.

What it cannot do

So that nobody waits for it: no SEPA direct debit (that needs a creditor identifier, and a mistake costs a club real money), no bank reconciliation, no dunning, no VAT, no part payments or credit notes, no attendance tracking and no multi-user operation. For a small-business club that is enough; anyone who has to show VAT is in the wrong place.

Technical

Runs in any current browser. In Chrome and Edge the app writes into the chosen file itself; in Safari and Firefox the file is loaded at the start and saved with a button. No libraries, no external connections, no advertising, no tracking. The detailed help is inside the app itself — offline as well.
